This Privacy Policy explains how Lucho LLC ("Lucho," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit getlucho.com, use the Lucho platform, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").
Lucho provides software that helps service providers (our "Customers") manage communications, operations, and related business workflows. Customers may use Lucho to communicate with their own clients (the Customer's "Service Recipients"). This policy describes Lucho's practices as a platform provider.
If you are a Service Recipient communicating with a business that uses Lucho, your relationship and privacy practices are primarily governed by that business. Lucho processes Service Recipient information on behalf of our Customers to provide the Services.
1) Scope and Roles
Customers (service providers). If you are a Customer, you may provide Lucho with information about your business, your users (employees/contractors), and your Service Recipients. In many cases, Lucho acts as a service provider/processor for Service Recipient information and the Customer remains responsible for obtaining permissions and providing notices to Service Recipients.
Service Recipients. If you receive communications from a Customer that uses Lucho, Lucho processes your information to deliver messages and support the Customer's operations (for example, scheduling updates or customer support). If you have questions about why you are being contacted, contact the business that messaged you.
